Just a keyword troll who puts his/her tenth of a cent in once in awhile. (weener,weiner) etc. The others are little strikebacks such as whinertroll by me and some mentions of groucho by others.

I think that is in reference to Kook to Kook AM.
Many of the listeners are long haul truckers, listening the C to C in order to stay awake.
