Ann Coulter is wrong about Rick Santorum on illegal immigration. Santorum is as conservative as they get.
http://www.ontheissues.org/2012/Rick_Santorum_Immigration.htm
Santorum won more statewide elections than Romney who won one and was tossed out the next. Romney has lost more than he has won.
Santorum has more and more meaningful years than Romney ever dreamed of.
Finally, and this is the bottom line: illegal immigration and romneycare are not America’s greatest concerns:
Those would be:
LIFE....approaching 60 million murdered (Romney is pro-abortion and Santorum is a life-long pro-lifer of the first order
SPENDING....Romney is a tax and spend liberal (in the tradition of rockefellar republicans) and Santorum is an anti-spending hawk.
It does make one wonder about those so-called conservative pundits who write books filled with everything we want to hear, doesn’t it?
I learned many years ago that many people talk the talk, but when they fail to walk the walk, then you must question everything they say. I did so with Rush when he had the addiction trouble with the pain killer. However, he admitted his problem and got help. Also, he never ever supported anything, or anyone who would not fit the mold that he had painted as a conservative he supports. Ann is different.
Ann is a slut. Excuse my language, but if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, and looks like a duck, then chances are it is a duck. That being said, she can sleep with whomever she wants to, but when she begins to support leftists, I then question everything about her.
We now know why she sleeps around with leftists, and just because she is fiscally conservative, she is not a moral one. All her talk about morality is bunk. Her ability to ignore a man’s leftist leaning so much that she would sleep with them answers why she likes Cristy and Romney.
I guess now I know why mu BS meter always went off on her. I felt the same way about many so-called conservatives, and or religious leaders. Almost every one I had doubts about turned out to be less then they claimed to be. Ann, is just another that made my BS meter go off.
With Ann, it took over 15 years to materialize, and I even began questioning myself about why she bothered me, because I really liked the way she never backed down to the left.
Well, God is good however, because now I know why my meter always went off when I heard her speak, or read her columns. As for Ann, I will never read her writings again, nor will I listen to her when she is on any shows as a guest.
I agree with you 100% about schools. I’ve called them “slaughterhouses” for decades. They slaughter the intelligence and morality of those who are incarcerated therein.
She use to be fun to watch as a "bomb throwing" conservative. I don't know what happened but she has changed.
Santorum would be a solid conservative nominee. Other than supporting Specter I think his record is solid. My first choice is still Perry because of his conservative executive record. However, if Santorum is the nominee I'll send him cash and vote for him.
your post is an example of excellence......accurate and spot on
I could easily support Santorum. He debates well, he’s an excellent public speaker, he has years of experience, and he’s right on all the issues.
And he didn’t actually support Specter. He supported the republicans. Some won’t see a difference, but I do. Basically, he took one for the team. I think it was the wrong decision, but I understand it.
And if that’s the worst anyone can say about him, then that’s not very much at all.
I agree.
I’m hearing another rap on Santorum is he was sometimes a “spender”.
1. Each of his 6 year terms as a blue state Pennsylvania senator, he would spend the first 4 being a spending hawk and the last 2 opening up the purse-strings a bit due to an eye toward re-election. While I don’t think it fits the definition of purity, I do think I understand it. Trying to out-perform the huge megalopolis of Philly has to take its toll on a conservative.
2. He was also an earmark user. Personally, I agree with that for the reasons that Perry expounded on in one of the debates. If the FED is taking Texas money and sending it to D.C., then Texas should do what it can to get as much of their share back as they can. Santorum believed the same thing. (Another Perry mistake: he actually made those comments in a debate about bringing money back to Texas, and then he turns around and slams Santorum for the same thing. The right hand not knowing what the left is doing.)
Thanks, it was from my heart.
When one speaks from the heart, they need no teleprompter.
Core values are always at the tip of ones tongue, that’s why Obama makes mistakes in interviews by calling Islam his religion. It is his religion, and his core belief. So it is on the tip of his tongue.
Now we also know what is at the core of Ann’s heart.
Happy New year FRiend.

I loved Herman Cain. He was one of only two conservatives on the ticket. Michele is the only one left. The others have far too much RINO baggage. I would love to see Mr. Cain return to the fray, but he won’t and I don’t blame him. So many conservatives, even on this forum, were so easily turned from him that he wouldn’t do well. Ms. Bachman is suffering the same way. We need to be able to focus on reality, not side shows, or we’ll never win this war we’re fighting against tyranny.
So Michelle Bachmann is now our Joan of Arc! Well, blessings to her. I will support her. She was my first number one, then Santorum, then Cain. But Cain soon left them both ins the dust. There don’t seem to be anymore real men to do it, so go Michelle!
I think that you are wrong about needing these wars, simply because they have not achieved any lasting results. So who would benefit from constant war, those with the most to lose or gain. We know that WWI was only entered into by the USA because the banks were all tapped out to England & France. And that WWII was caused by the lousy treaty, along with several other factors. So why do we fight when we haven’t even bothered to secure our own borders? Answer that one.
