Rick Santorum says he'd cast vote for Ron Paul after taking 'a lot of antacid'

The Republican candidate said he would "absolutely" vote for Ron Paul if he were the alternative to President Obama.

Rick Santorum said Wednesday he would "absolutely" vote for rival Ron Paul if he were the GOP presidential nominee, but admitted he is "nervous" about the possibility.

"I'd have to take a lot of antacid when I go into the voting booth and vote for him," Santorum said.

The former Pennsylvania senator said ultimately he would vote for Paul in order to have anyone other than President Obama in the White House, with the hope that if Paul won the office, "enough pressure could be brought to bear on him that he won't make these horrific [decisions]."

I don’t know about anyone else..but I’ve had enough of bad mouthing. Palin, Cain, now Paul..I want data from Ron Paul himself on this. I’m not listening to some guy that wanted Paul’s place and got fired.

I am just looking for the truth instead of sensationalism. If you have Ron Paul saying that about Israel..please post it.

The guy saying what I sent you is Run Paul's current spokesman, not the former one. Paul's pretty clear about these things, really. You don't have to be a mind reader to figure out that Run Paul is against Israel. He has defended al Qaeda (bin Laden in particular) because he's said our policies provoked him.
