Oostacauke (purely phonetic, never seen it spelled) was my granny’s masterpiece dish at Christmas. Probably a thousand calories a spoonful of delicious layered custard cake. Nobody’s had the guts to try to make it since she passed. 8 gallons of whole milk condensed into a 4-quart dish.

someone will pull a lowly 38, defend their life, and then the world will change in that moment.
Honestly, im amazed that it already hasn’t happened.

Do you honestly think that a single defensive act, resulting in a casualty, is going to change this stuff? How is that going to change the massive drift to a popular thug culture?
It will accomplish nothing larger, other than the victim (the shooter) being turned into ground beef by the jaws of the legal system.

some people (including today's Rush Limbaugh guest host, Mark Belling) think Nicks is a good/great artist.
Ok....I know,she's self-absorbed,burned a hole through her nasal septum with coke,had breast implants that failed and required surgery,has seen more ceilings than a Vegas escort,but I have to say,I do like her voice,and her music-although not all of her music.
