I gave my Grandson a pellet pistol for Christmas this year. It is a Crosman 1377. I also included two pair of shooting glasses.
He is only 8 but his parents will supervise him until he is responsible enough to use it on his own. I actually doubt he could pump it up more than one or two pumps right now.
I had a pump bb gun at eight. He can pump it up all the way, believe me.....
Less than 15 pumps is selling the boy short.
