When o When are these governors going to grow a set and tell the Federal judge to get lost. They have no jurisdiction over a sovereign state. Only SCOTUS does. The constitution is very clear.

The same issue is with Arizona and Governor Jan Brewer.
Nothing is being done there either.

The solution is so simple. States send the feds tax money and they get back a tiny fraction. STOP SENDING IT.
Force the feds to send federal marshalls to arrest elected state officials. See how that works out when half the states join in.
