Santorum is the textbook definition of “Nice Guys Finishing Last”

The funny thing here is that Santorum is being trashed as "too nice" and "too arrogant" on the same thread. That says to me he's probably just about right.

I do understand the charge that he is not polished enough. That said, I think he's come a long way in the debates. Unlike some of the others, he has continued to grow and improve with time and experience.

Plus -- and this is a big plus -- he drives the amoral left apoplectic. Like Sarah Palin, Rick's got all the right enemies. Unlike Sarah, he's actually putting it all out there and running.
