‘Don’t receive much from Fed-ex, but the UPS guy—or at least the regular one on our route—is a PR dream for their company. He always delivers to the door, has something positive to say and ALWAYS thanks us for the business.

So happy to read your comment. I had the same attitude towards my customers throughout my career. I'd go to great lengths to insure their satisfaction with my service. I'm guessing your UPS driver is an older guy?

My UPS guy was a guy from my church, and he was a dream as a delivery person as well.

I think most of my stuff from Amazon comes UPS, and I’ve never had a problem with any UPS-delivered items.
