COMMENTARY | Sarah Palin is hinting at the possibility of still tossing her hat into the ring for the 2012 election, according to a report by Fox News. As a political consultant, I believe she could bring something needed to the Republican field right now. She could reinvigorate the field with her natural charm and spunk.
Don't get me wrong, this article is in no way supporting Palin as a candidate directly or any of her political stances. She is, though, someone who has a ton of personality. The Republican field is very dry right now without much personality or charisma. As we all know, someone a person in the room with extra energy can bring everyone up and could take the field to the next level.

The threats to her & her family are too great.
I don’t believe that. If she wasn’t considering reconsidering she would have said so. She’s left the door open for herself.
Is this a blog or a vanity?

Not sure if she has to “save” the GOP race....however if Sarah Palin decided to run...she would easily win the nomination. Such a weak GOP field so far.
The MSM has set the agenda for the GOP primary. Unless and until the conservatives refuse to give interviews or appear on the likes of abc or cnn, the MSM will continue to be in control.
If she does, she has my support.
I figure she will at worst move it to a brokered convention and depending on how many votes she garners either lead, or be on the ticket.
At best...she wins it outright, depending on how quickly she gets in and how many delegates she can win.

She is not hinting that she might run, she merely said it is not too late for some one to run. I think she was hoping that someone else would enter thr race
Who’s got that pic of Sarah titled, “Teasing”?
No way the establishment will allow this to happen. They’ve had it promised to Romney for years. One way or another they will make sure he gets it. This whole thing is just a puppet show right now.
Sure she can run independent, but all we get in the end is a 2nd Obama term the same way Clinton won the White House with only 43% of the popular vote.
I love Sarah to death, but most of the country can’t stand her. She’ll only be viewed as another weak candidate in a weak field.
I know she will reinvigorate some Conservatives that are down on this lot of candidates, but the media attacks will be relentless. Sadly she wouldn’t stand a chance in the general
election if she were nominated.
It’s such a shame so many in this country detest her, she is a truly a good and decent woman.
I have been hoping, I’ll settle for Jim DeMint at this point
You should know that only an inside the beltway, influence peddler, dc hack like the Grinch, or another imperial Bush can save this country. (SAC)
She wants to rejoin and become a member of the Permanent Political Class?
I would love to think she planned it this way to
keep from being the target all this time.
I would still prefer her over anyone else.
I would still work for her campaign.
Obama, four years is four years too many.
Partly correct:
Sarah Palin needs to run and win to save the REPUBLIC.
