HARRISBURG — A Penn State assistant football coach testified Friday that he walked in on former coach Jerry Sandusky sexually assaulting a young boy in a university shower in 2002, and made that clear when he reported it to head football coach Joe Paterno and two Penn State administrators.
Mike Mc- Queary’s testimony came at the beginning of a prel iminar y hearing on charges of perjury and failure to report abuse filed against former Penn State Athletic Director Tim Curley and retired Senior Vice President Gary Schultz. When it was over, District Judge Bill Wenner bound the charges over for trial.
Schultz and Curley told an investigating grand jury that, after talking with McQueary, they did not realize the seriousness or sexual nature of what he saw.
McQueary rebutted that several times during his two hours of testimony.
“There’s no question in my mind that I conveyed to them that I saw Jerry (Sandusky) with a boy in the showers and that it was severe sexual acts going on and that it was wrong” and over the line, McQueary said.

This part of the article makes me sick:

McQueary said he saw them three times, once in a mirror and twice directly. The two of them moved apart and he left. It all transpired within 45 seconds, he said. He did not call police.”
Here’s hoping that all parties involved in the cover up are eventually all smoked out. Because they lacked courage and honor more children suffered and will continue to suffer for the rest of their lives.
Not to mention that because they didn’t do the right thing they have destroyed the reputation of Penn State. Had they been better human beings, so much injustice would have been avoided.
I hope this is enough for the Penn State apologists who have been claiming we have no facts to condemn Patreno for his inactivity in dealing with this.

There are probably millionaires, judges, professors, CEO’s involved who donated to Sandusky’s nonprofit and participated in group orgies-—what homosexuals like to do—group sex. John Maynard Keynes did it-—pass around the boys at his sexual orgies and he was revered in all Ivy League Schools. It is why the homosexuals are pushing their “worldview” in kindergarten—to normalize sodomy and make little boys agreeable to the “normalized” activity.
What children are exposed to becomes normalized. It is why the sodomite zero is promoting (and Jerry Brown) homosexuality to Kindergarteners. They want the boys. It is learned behavior and modeled. Why Glee is promoting it.

No doubt you speak truth. Have three boys and guard them passionately. There are times I feel boys are much more danger than girls - primarily because we don’t speak of it. It’s terrifying and unnatural which makes it difficult to talk about.
It also leaves children feeling compromised and dirty. Not to mention the fact that boys are expected to be young men and not cry and complain. But we must shed light into this darkness and force this evil to gaze into the light. Maybe we can then finally put an end to this abomination.

I know that this abomination is difficult for all men to address, esp. now that the homosexual mafia has control over the press and perceptions. If men speak out they will be accused of being a closet homosexual.
So, I am a mother of four boys and one girl. I found homosexual literature in a Los Gatos, CA park—very elite community—and it had little boys—vile pornography. I don’t know why I was moved to pick up the paper—it was far from me—but I was feeling my mother’s command—put it in a trash can.....and I was shocked. Never even knew that vile behavior happened in civil societies.
Much, much research later, I am discovering that it is not that rare-—the abuse of boys. If you look at the Catholic Church it actually proves that homosexuals are more likely to abuse children at much higher rates. (Most homosexual were physically abused as boys—as much as 60 %. The rest are emotionally abused as children—like that little boy who tried to cut off his pen*s at age 4—and now is 8 and is forced on toxic drugs to prevent him from developing normally. These lesbian mothers are monsters and mentally ill and society has elevated them as “normal” and caring. It puts ALL CHILDREN at risk. It is so disgusting that I am making this one of the main things I will attack every day—on the computer and in my town and in the schools.

I kept a VERY close eye on my boys-—and there was a homosexual coach that offered to take one of my sons to an event for me. I said no Thank you (I didn’t trust him in my gut anyways—he later was put in San Quentin for molesting boys)>....He was an open homosexual and people were so nice to him and accepting and he seemed SOOOOOOO nice. I am not sure what you are tying to imply. McQueary clearly knew what was going on but didn’t have the moral fortitude to do the right thing because of his chosen career path. As far as I am concerned he’s just about as guilty as Sandusky because at the end of the day, by his refusal to do what was right, he abetted the continued abuse of these young boys. There was a case here in California years ago where the boy’s mother, Ellie Nessler, took a gun to court and shot the bastard that abused her son in the back of the head and killed him. If any of these boys were a child if mine, that’s where I would be going now and not just after Sandusky. The idea that a college football program is on a par with sexual abuse in relative importance is just low!

But, for some strange reason the delusional fools out there kept saying that McQueary told him what happened in explicit detail implying he had certain knowledge and hence was involved in a cover up because he didn't go to the police.
And of course when Paterno says "I need to tell some people about what you saw" and then went ahead and did, the delusional fool types insist that means he took no action.
There pretty strong indications that there was a cover-up at PSU, and right now only a delusional fool would think JoePa was part of it.
No one that I have read has said any such thing, Paterno was told it was a sexual act involving a young boy, that is enough-period.
He didn't tell the RIGHT people what was reported to him, and that means he didn't enough by any moral standard (outside of Penn State).
Did Paterno THINK he was telling the right people. There is no reason to doubt it.
Maybe he should have told the cops & DA that didn't press charges the last time Sandusky was reported showering with a kid /s.
Paterno is innocent in this.
At this hearing McQueary said he wanted to spare JoePa the explicit details, but did stress to him that he had seen then nude - in the shower together - and there a sexual act taking place.
While he says he did not use the words “anal” or “sodomy” - I’m going to guess that JoePa is intelligent enough to get the gist of it. Or do you think JoePa was incapable of comprehending what was being said to him?
If someone shared this scenario with you - what would you do?
JoePa waited one day before telling the athletic director (not the police). He said he waited one day because it was a saturday and he didn’t want to interrupt their weekend.
The so-called-head-of-campus-police? Schultz?
The meeting with him did not take place for 9 days.
