I agree. Newt has a lot of payback saved up that he'd like to pass out to the democrat thugs as well as the RINO crew who were against him when he was Speaker so I think he'd be far less inclined to compromise and make deals that some folks seem to think he would be. He'd probably like nothing better than to see a lot of the familiar faces in both parties replaced with Tea Part folks.

Gingrich initiated the Speaker Jim Wright investigation and subsequent resignation. Gingrich was in charge of the House impeachment of Bill Clinton.

They would come loaded for bear. A President Gingrich would have to stay on his knees to placate the Tea Party. If he lost the House, the Dems would initiate impeachment proceedings in their first 100 minutes.
