Joe’s had a pretty good track record of winning suits against him. We’ll see what he does here. I’ve never seen such a thuggish, vengeful federal government as this one.

Hmmm....Arpaio begins to delve into Obama’s BC, and then “unexpectedly” charges pop up. Interesting....

Whatever evidence Arpaio’s team found on Obama’s lack of eligibility for the presidency must be accurate. Looks like Holder is trying to railroad Arpaio first.

Soon the federals will have the legal authority - on paper at least - for a midnight knock on the door and a car ride to oblivion for the revanchist Trotskyite wrecker and saboteur sheriff.

The Republicans and conservative media need to mount campaign to get rid of Holder. He is a racist and abusing his powers . . not to mention incompetent in the first place.
So let’s have that ‘honest discussion about race” Let Holder be the centerpiece as the best example of racism and abuse of power

The DOJ says that Black Panther election interference is OK and insider trading by congress is OK, fake documents such as birth certificate and SSN are OK.....
But don't you dare cross our touchy feely liberal principals!

The “charges” include “damaging trust with the Hispanic community” some of the evil acts include daring to investigate if a citizen reported “merely” a large group of Hispamic men outside a job site.
Hey, let’s not use our eyes or follow any leads from citizens. After all the state only sits on teh Mexican border, how dare anyone assume some workers might be illegal. In America??? /s
No, the citizens have to somehow have access to the company’s records and every individual’s (non existent) documentation. Gee I bet that’s what the sherriff’s office checks. You think?
All this equals is, stop enforcing the law.

Sheriff Joe for President!

When it came to the Defense of Marriage Law enforcement, the DOJ "didn't have the time or resources to enforce it".
When it comes to hanging on to those Democrat voters (illegals), they go all-out to attack and prosecute ANY challenge to the illegal acts of foreigners.
In my book, it won't be good enough to be rid of them in 2012 via the Election; they should be PROSECUTED for Treason, the whole lot of 'em, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

The report will require Arpaio to set up effective policies against discrimination, improve training and make other changes that would be monitored for compliance by a judge. Arpaio faces a Jan. 4 deadline for saying whether he wants to work out an agreement. If not, the federal government will sue him and let a judge decide the complaint. Say F- NO, Joe! I hope Ms. Guvaner and Joe go sholder to sholder on this. This is the fed running over the state, AGAIN.

It is becoming relentless these days.
Arpaio critics urge officials to call for his resignation
Sheriff is an elected officer and the Board cannot FIRE him, but the activists know that if they can generate enough public pressure through the corrupt state run media, he will be forced to resign. Ask Herman Cain how that works.
