APNewsBreak: Feds say Arpaio violated civil rights [DOJ Hit Piece]
AP ^

The federal government issued a scathing report Thursday that outlines how Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's office has committed a wide range of civil rights violations against Latinos

SNIP

The Justice Department's conclusions in the civil probe mark the federal government's harshest rebuke of a national political fixture who has risen to prominence for his immigration crackdowns and became coveted endorsement among candidates in the GOP presidential field.

SNIP

The report will require Arpaio to set up effective policies against discrimination, improve training and make other changes that would be monitored for compliance by a judge. Arpaio faces a Jan. 4 deadline for saying whether he wants to work out an agreement. If not, the federal government will sue him and let a judge decide the complaint.

When it came to the Defense of Marriage Law enforcement, the DOJ "didn't have the time or resources to enforce it".

When it comes to hanging on to those Democrat voters (illegals), they go all-out to attack and prosecute ANY challenge to the illegal acts of foreigners.

In my book, it won't be good enough to be rid of them in 2012 via the Election; they should be PROSECUTED for Treason, the whole lot of 'em, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

The Justice Department said it hadn’t yet established a pattern of alleged wrongdoing by the sheriff’s office in the three areas where they will continue to investigation: complaints of excessive force against Latinos, botched sex-crimes cases and immigration efforts that have hurt the agency’s trust with the Hispanic community.

“Hadn’t yet established a pattern of alleged wrongdoing...”

“hurt the agency’s trust with the hispanic community.”

Two critical lines showing this is just a political hit piece by the feds.

Joe should sink them and file a defamation case against them.

Arpaio should publish his findings on Obama’s ineligibility, making Holder’s and all other Appointments MOOT, NULL AND VOID. Then, Joe, as a Sheriff, bring Criminal Fraud charges for the State of Arizona on The Messiah, Holder, and ALL DHS minions who have harassed a Law Enforcement ELECTED Officer.

The Department of Justice is the most politicized branch of the Federal government.

It is becoming relentless these days.

Arpaio critics urge officials to call for his resignation

Sheriff is an elected officer and the Board cannot FIRE him, but the activists know that if they can generate enough public pressure through the corrupt state run media, he will be forced to resign. Ask Herman Cain how that works.

The question is if he is charged, convicted and imprisoned, will the people rise up?

Arpaio endorses Rick Perry, and gets investigated.
Medal of Honor Recipient Dakotah Meyer endorses Rick Perry and gets investigated.

Is there a pattern here?

Joe to DOJ:

Dear Eric,
I’ve been enforcing the law since you were in grammer school.
ALL of my policies and practices are executed to the letter of the law, as evidenced by prevailing countless attacks by the ACLU and other friends of yours.
I will continue in the future, as I have in the past.
If you continue with your intimidation tactics and presume to impose wastefull administrative overhead, I’ll drag your butt to the U.S. Supreme Court!
Sincerely,
Joe
