What is the story? People screwing around with a casket?
I think someone is getting married.
Thanks dynachrome. HTML challenged this morning.
Ha! you may be on to something.
??????
Ah, here we go. The story with the photo:

That's the actual article. Not a picture. Not a lame text string that can't even be pasted into a browser.
It would be more helpful, to include the link to the story, not just the photo.

The commander of the 37th Training Group at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, has launched an investigation into a photo of 15 airmen posing with an open casket, in which another airman is posed with a noose around his neck and chains across his body.
LOL!
Take a good hard look at the new Obama military...
WTF is happening to my Air Force?
This is a crass, not so smart protest of the military’s shocking practice of dumping military remains in land fills. The crossed hands mean STOP IT!! - stop the dumping of serviceman’s remains in landfills!!!
Interesting claim since the photo was dated Aug. 23, before that story broke.
Rule #1: If you are going to engage in some stupid behavior or criminal activity don’t put yourself in a photo publishing said stupid behavior or criminal activity.
I wish I knew. I retired from the AF in '99 and have been working with the AF as a civ. I am currently a Flight Chief in a training squadron and the things I see from some of the Airman (and NCOs) coming through are for lack of a better word...appalling.
Many of the problems I deal with daily come from the fact that these young men and women have no self discipline, and even after completing Basic Training.
I am glad to say, even with the problems we deal with, I also see some of the most outstanding young men and women this country has to offer.
Don't lose faith in our Air Force because of the actions of this group of jack-wagons!
