Intrastate face to face sales/transfers do not require the background check.
Of course this could vary depending on which state you live in, but feds don't require it.

Well...no! Intrastate face to face sales/transfers do not require the background check. My statement was about the sentence I quoted where it said that sales were moving to the Internet.
My statement was specific to Internet sales.
