A little known factoid from history, America was carrying on a undeclared military action against the Japanese, before Pearl Harbor. We outfitted, and supplied planes, pilots and other personnel, to the Chinese. Our men actually bombed sovereign Japanese territory, flying planes with Chinese insignias, but make no mistake, they were American servicemen. The Flying Tigers, were war criminals, but since we won the war, and wrote the history, they are heroes. Chew on that a bit.
That's an odd disclaimer for someone who subsequently expends a thousand words, claiming just that.
If America had stayed out of the first world war, and that includes shipping weapons to one side, and not another, what would the result have been?
We actually sold to both sides. The British set up a blockade preventing us from selling to the Central Powers. The Germans responded not only with submarine warfare but rather nasty tactings like biological warfare against livestock, sabotage, and finally that whole Mexican thing.
This longer conflict, would have ended in a NEGOTIATED TREATY, like all wars in the past have been.
Are you trying to show your ignorance? Are you utterly unaware of the Franco-Prussian war and the peace imposed on France by Prussia/Germany?
That is a big difference, the winners did not have to give an inch, because of the actions of America. We went home by and large, and the result is known to us all
We have no way of knowing what the result of us not entering the war would have been. France may have broken, it came close to doing so. On the other hand, Germany and Austria were starving. There is 50/50 chance that the Central Powers still would have lost and faced a harsher Ceasefire and peace. Or the Central Powers may have won and imposed an equally harsh peace on the Triple Entente. Look at the Treat of Brest-Litovsk. Either way, even more weakened powers may have gone communist in 1919, as so much of Eastern Europe almost did.

The American Volunteer group flew P40 Tomahawk fighters, not bombers. The two occasions where they bombed anyone was tactical air support in China. They never bombed Japan, nor could they. And they did not enter combat until December 12, 1941. Before making revisionist accusation, make sure you get your basic facts right.
