Yahoo News report stated the following:
Amrani's lawyer told Belgian television that police in the eastern city of Liege had summoned his client on Tuesday about an alleged sexual offence, which had made him nervous. Amrani failed to show up.
Appears to be a different case. The cleaning woman was discovered after the grenade assault on Tuesday morning.

Although it’s unlikely he got his grenades and rocket launcher in Belgium’s equivalent of WalMart, look for calls for stricter gun controls for native Belgians.

This line “He killed six people, including himself, and seriously injured 125 others yesterday lunchtime. It came shortly after he tried to rape a 45-year-old woman in his flat,” makes it appear he attempted to rape a woman just prior to the shooting.

Other accounts make it seem the “vice” issue (in which he was called to the station about) happened at a previous party.
