This line “He killed six people, including himself, and seriously injured 125 others yesterday lunchtime. It came shortly after he tried to rape a 45-year-old woman in his flat,” makes it appear he attempted to rape a woman just prior to the shooting.

Other accounts make it seem the “vice” issue (in which he was called to the station about) happened at a previous party.

The prior sexual assault issue (no victim description available) was to be addressed in court on Tuesday morning, implying that victim survived her ordeal and reported it. The now deceased 40+ year old cleaning woman found in his shed after the grenade assault, obviously did not survive her ordeal. Unless you have links to clarify differently, it appears to be reports of two separate incidents - thus far.
