Heck, I couldn't even get all the rounds into my KelTec mags without severely screwing up my fingers. Work great on CZ82 mags as well.

I thought the same...after a lot of searching and comparing I bought a Springfield XD 45 acp with 4” barrel. I love it. Would not now think of anything to replace it. Good for ccw and home defense. And my wife can handle effectively too.

A 1911 should never be carried with one in the pipe and the hammer down.
The 1911 was designed to be carried cocked and locked with the hammer back.

A friend of mine told me he was carrying his 1911 with one in the pipe and the hammer down.
I waved him off Whoaa Whoaa Whooa!
If the gun gets drop on the hammer it will go off.

I carry my CZ that way. Seems I read somewhere that it's alright with the CZ.
I do it mainly because I worry about the ambidextrous safety getting bumped off while carrying. Besides, the DA trigger on the CZ is smooth and easy.
