I don’t like Mitt, but honestly how in the hell is he or anyone else suppose to answer that question as a presidential candidate and NOT have the MSM blasting him for it?

He gave the PC answer that any candidate gives while on the campaign trail, nothing inflammatory or insulting that can be used against him later.

The big question is whether or not he believes what he just said, and I have no idea if he does or not. His answer is just like a campaign promise to me and is treated as such.

Newt seems to have no problem calling a spade a spade and taking the heat for it. The irony is that doing so only loses them the support of people who wouldn’t support them anyway. I would bet that they would win far more support than they would lose because “the people” are so starved for honesty that they would overwhelmingly support someone who had the integrity to tell the truth and take the risk.

Newt has issues galore but Romney just put the final nail in his coffin and Newt has moved into an acceptable hold the nose position for me (and a lot of others based on comments here.)
