Rosie O'Donnell, possibly one of the most uninformed people to ever be given a television program, actually ridiculed the intellectual capacity of Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich Thursday.
Appearing with fellow brainiac Joy Behar on the HLN program thankfully in its final shows, O'Donnell called the former Speaker of the House a "joke" saying, "Perhaps he should read a history book" (video follows with transcript and commentary):
JOY BEHAR, HOST: Yes, but I mean, what about Newt's plan to drop the child labor laws and put kids to work as janitors?
ROSIE O'DONNELL: Yes.
BEHAR: I mean, where does he come up with this crap?
O'DONNELL: I don't know. They tried that in Australia many years ago with aboriginal children. It didn't turn out too well. Perhaps he should read a history book. I don't know. That guy is a joke

As if the fat Marxist didn’t read Howard Zinn and slurp up every single fat lie. Newt at least reads history that doesn’t outright lie and rewrite all historical events— But then she has to believe “up is down”

For much of the last century, Japanese schools had very few, if any, janitors. Care of the school grounds and especially their individual classrooms was the responsibility of the kids themselves. Needless to say, there wasn’t a lot of vandalism: the kids also felt a sense of communal belonging that stayed with them for a lifetime.

Gingrich received a B.A. in history from Emory University in Atlanta in 1965, an M.A. in 1968, and a Ph.D. in modern European history from Tulane University in New Orleans in 1971.[15] His dissertation was entitled “Belgian Education Policy in the Congo: 1945–1960”. While at Tulane, Gingrich joined the St. Charles Avenue Baptist Church and was baptized by Reverend G. Avery Lee.[16] In 1970, Gingrich joined the history department at West Georgia College as an assistant professor. In 1974 he moved to the geography department and was instrumental in establishing an interdisciplinary environmental studies program. Denied tenure, he left the college in 1978.[17]
