Opinions vary,I still go with Newt.
Fun, they never ask Obama about the fact that the grandmother who raised him was Vice President of the largest bank in Hawaii, or that he went to the Punahou School for Rich Boys in Short Pants, and never has he been asked about his first job as a teenager.

AND did you also notice that within her first dozen words, she AGAIN pointed out that she had been a federal tax lawyer.. AHHHHHHH
I am burdened by having been a diplomat for 28 years and living in the real world. Newt would be singing a different tune if he were President. The campaign rhetoric always fades when you take office. Reality always intrudes.
You mean because both Newt and Perry are for illegals?
That’s cute - my mother could’ve related. Dad’s always had a speech pattern like Jimmy Stewart - one of the reasons I loved JS - he reminded me of Dad! :-)

Most improved: Perry, Santorum, Paul
Weakest in Debate: Michele, unfortunately.
Romney did okay, but Paul did better.
Perry and Santorum might have bested Paul and Romney during the debate except the set designer and camera positioning excessively favored Romney. And Romney got way more air time. Paul came across as a lovable geezer full of Common Sense, but not without Geezer Moments. Romney should move to Hollywood take over the roles the Baldwin Brothers (excepting the sane one) are too unstable to handle. Sort of the Fred Thompson assignment.
The importance of becoming Energy Independent is to stand by Israel and tell the arabs to go to hell!

Newt is unprincipled , a serial cheater and I don’t trust him. His answers and comments tonight were not convincing but because Mitt came off poorly the media will say Newt won. The media want Newt as nominee because he is target rich for Obama and his useful idiots.

Oh, come on. A serial cheater? The guy is 68 years old now, has been married, happily, for 11 years. He’s publicly professed Catholicism, his conversion, etc. I mean, doesn’t he issue seem over to you? it does to me. Forgiveness and redemption ...those are CHRISTIAN concepts, remember?

That was a much better format, IMHO.
