He's overseen the passage of one piece of highly visible legislation during the past 3 years - Obamacare. Further, this never would have gone anywhere if he hadn't been handed significant majorities in both the House and Senate - by the feckless campaigning of the Republicans during that election cycle, combined with the political activism of the media.
