I'm all for a brokered convention at this point to be honest. Not one of the candidates has sealed the deal with the primary voters. All have flaws, and all have questionable ability to survive a general election. Why not have a brokered convention?

Agreed.
Not Romney and certainly not Newt.

A brokered convention would be a God-send.

A “brokered convention” would be the END of the GOP. A “brokered convention” would ensure Rommney AND 4 more Obama years.

Yeah, this should be tough alright. NO ONE but the braindead will vote for this Kenyan clown. HAVE YOU SEEN THE POLL NUMBERS?
The MSM and the GOP elites have sure got us all rattled, don’t they? With all this negative talk, it’s a wonder we can field a candidate at all.
Speaking of which, if the GOP elites and the Dems have all melded into one, as so many libeltrarians assert, why wouldn’t they embrace Newt?
Because they REALLY hate the idea of him coming back.
If the DC elites HATE the idea of him coming back, why aren’t we busting ass to get him in there?

I disagree. I believe any and all of our candidates can easily beat the communist obama.
America is sick and tired of this piece of crap. Did u not watch the results of the last election?
Folks.... Obama is in trouble. He is beat. He is despised by the vast majority of Americans and the last election proves it.

Has anybody been to a brokered convention? How does it go down?

There are several serious candidates with varying ideology, experience, talent, and even flaws. Then there is the raving libertarian nutcase that pollutes the GOP. That nutcase is a dream come true for Obama.

No thanks... Newt is going to get the nomination and then stop Obama’s War on America.
Go Newt Go.....

Let me think. Because Ron Paul is a fruitcake? Because no sane person would vote for him? Because he’s an egomaniac?
