The guy’s an idiot. He compares a search for communists to an investigation of a program that Holder already admitted does exist and did make gross errors of judgment, and did result in the murder of hundreds, and did have his department presenting evidence that it knew was false?

Is he kidding?

No one is being “unfairly hounded” as the urban legend about the McCarthy hearings would interpret his meaning. (There really were communists.)

Someone IS being FAIRLY investigated, though.

In answer to Holder’s, “Have you no shame?,” Issa should have said, “Since you yourself are a shameless, proven liar, you will have no luck with the communist/Alinsky tactic of ‘turning it back on your accuser.’”

These degenerate red communist sons of bitches have been crying "McCarthyism" for far too long, depending on the GOP Washingtonians to retreat lest they lose their perks, power, and position in good ole DC, Disneyland for the busybody's that play the political game.

Joe McCarthy was right, and before this is over, the CPUSA, and its apparatchiks in the Administration and Congress will be forced back under the rocks they crawled out from.

Holder and his fellow comrades on the Left hate Joseph McCarthy because he chased real communist villains, soulmates of the Left.

Funny that the world says so little about the Verona cables. But as Seymour Lipset says in “It Didn't Happen Here” the Communists were part of the New Deal Coalition. They were everywhere in the government, from the White House to the smallest government agencies, and of course were part of the Manhattan project. Why this historic commonplace is so little discussed, even by Conservatives, is instructive. They remain embarrassed by the collapse of the Soviet Union. I suppose it chills them that the total power they seek ended in such failure. But we tend to forget that the Communist Party in China continues to maintain itself in power by similar means. But how long can a dictatorship of the Proletariat sustain itself?

“The intent of the operation was to monitor the flow of weapons to their ultimate destination”.

Sure, and Janet Reno only burned the children at WACO to save them!

The intent was clearly to create a crises to support suborning the second amendment.
That effort has had limited success, BATFE now requires Fed. reporting of “Multiple” long gun sales in border states.

Such requirements always expand, now they have their foot in the door!

Holder won’t prosecute the Black Panthers for intimidating white voters in Philadelphia, and he’s got the nerve to say, “Have you no shame?”

Talk about the pot calling the kettle “black.”

And if that’s racist, GOOD!

Holder can’t even get the quote correct from Welch to McCarthy-— it was “at long last, sir, have you no sense decency?”.

Had Holder asked this, he could not have asked it or quoted it— because the questioning about this Fast and Furious is INDEED decent, and justified— to answer for the death of a federal agent with guns purchased by the federal govt. and “walked” to Mexico.

Why not a civil lawsuit against government employees doing Fast and Furious?

Federal employees do not get guaranteed immunity. That is my understanding as citizens fought individual HUD employees and won.

Activists attract HUD thought police - how the Clinton administration is opposing people who fight against homeless shelters and halfway houses in their neighborhoods

It is my understanding that federal employees can be held accountable based upon press reports that I read regarding court decisions of which this Circuit court decision is one.

To wit, "[the harassed and persecuted citizens] filed this civil rights action alleging that the investigation conducted by the HUD officials in San Francisco violated their First Amendment rights. The officials argue that they were required by the Fair Housing Act to investigate whether the neighbors had filed a lawsuit in state court with an unlawful discriminatory motive. At the very least, they argue, they are entitled to qualified immunity. The district court denied the officials' motion for summary judgment on the issue of qualified immunity, entered partial summary judgment in favor of the neighbors on the issue of liability, and dismissed as moot the neighbors' claim for declaratory and injunctive relief. Only the issue of damages remains for trial.1 We affirm the district court in all respects."

If not civil what about criminal liability? From and Internet source: "At law, an accomplice is a person who actively participates in the commission of a crime, even though they take no part in the actual criminal offense. For example, in a bank robbery, the person who points the gun at the teller and asks for the money is guilty of armed robbery. However, anyone else directly involved in the commission of the crime, such as the lookout or the getaway car driver, is an accomplice, even though in the absence of an underlying offense keeping a lookout or driving a car would not be an offense."

Who mandated that the murderers be provided the guns?

"As they said in the McCarthy hearings, have you no shame?" asked Holder, referencing a famous retort to McCarthy.

"I don't know, Mr. Attorney General. But then, I'm not the one obstructing justice and withholding evidence."

I'd say by the way 0biC0m outed himself in TexKansas on Wednesday it's fair game now.

It's only news for those that were unable to think for themselves.

Like the Matrix, it depends on how long they can maintain their meat batteries.

What else are we to the Godless?

They have no morals. They gladly murder their own children. Do you not think they will treat us as such?

Question: Have you no shame?..

Answer: What have I to be ashamed of.. asking you if you are a liar?..
Because you did lie?.. We know you did from your emails..

I ask you again... WHY did you lie?.. Are you incompetent or a Liar?..
Of course you Mr. Holder could be BOTH!..
