Lately I've been talking to friends who still occasionally talk to a liberals or Democrats. Myself, I refuse to waste my time with such people. Still, I've been wondering what those folks are thinking right now concerning the re-election of Mr. Obama.
A friend in North Carolina asked me it I'd noticed that there are no Obama 2012 bumper stickers. After thinking about it, I realized he was right, and I live in Colorado.
I pointed this out to another friend, one in Colorado, and he asked me if I'd noticed that the last of the old Obama 2008 bumper stickers had been scraped off. After thinking about that, I realized he was right too. Up until a few months ago, there were still a few old Obama 2008 bumper stickers here and there (mostly on Priuses), but in point of fact there are almost none of these now left.
I'd say this bodes extremely poorly for Mr. Obama in Colorado and North Carolina, two so-called swing states that are supposedly must-win for him.
Two other data points.
One: my Colorado friend has a VERY liberal brother who's a lawyer and a life-long Democrat who is so upset with Mr. Obama and the Democrat Party that he re-registered as an Independent.
Two: my North Carolina friend has a crap job where he delivers prescriptions to medicaid and medicare patients, most of whom are elderly and/or African-Americans. He says that many are really upset with Mr. Obama for tanking the economy because they realize their gray train is going to crash and burn because there's now not enough of other peoples' money to confiscate via taxes tokeep them in the lifestyle to which they've become accustomed. My friend thinks many of these people may not be able to vote against Mr. Obama, but that they may just stay home and vote for no one.
I think it would be interesting for others to recount similar anecdotes.

Have seen just one 2012 bumper sticker with the Obama logo as the ZERO:0
No names Obama or Biden. FWIW in the DC area.
I see them from time to time but whenever I’ve had a chance to get a look at the drivers it’s ALWAYS been black folks.
I’ve seen 3. I drive between 1000 and 1500 miles each week all over Wisconsin.
I live in Colorado Springs, and I’ve seen only one Obama 2012 bumpersticker. It was really small, too; I could only read it because I was behind that car at a stoplight.
North of me, I've seen more "Noboma" or "LOL" stickers than Obama stickers, but that area didn't vote for him in the first place.
I haven’t seen any in Florida either - just a few old ones...
I’ve seen three so far. There is one in my neighborhood, I stopped in front of their place and paused for a few seconds to see if they would come out because I wanted to see what “stupid” looks like.
The other day at a stop light a truck pulled up in the next lane and he had on his back window “teamsters for obama”
I supposedly live in the most republican county in Northern CA the libs are encroaching because of huge crime numbers in other counties.
Plenty of 0bama 2012 stickers here in People’s Republic of Broward, home to Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz and Buckwheat Hastings.
Seen a few here in MA, not many...yet.
I sort mail for post office and sometimes we get return-to-senders going back to Obama re-elect HQ in Chicago. (Probably “moved, left no address” rather than “refused”)
I think they send out a small round Obama sticker and beg
for contributions.
I think if you type Obama Bumper Stickers into a yahoo search the first thing that comes up is ANTI-Obama stickers and I think I read they are outselling the pro-Obama.

Granted I don’t drive a lot, but I have seen no Zero bumper stickers for 2012. None. And I’m in So. CA - behind enemy lines.
On the road, people with Obama stickers aren’t going to get let in to traffic by me. Sit there and wait, dummy.
No bumpers stickers in Texas...no surprise!
You know, you are right. Of course, it may just be too early.
I think I’ve seen 1. And I drive 80 miles round trip everyday to the liberal stronghold of Jersey city, NJ.
They’re probably afraid some mean Pubbie will key their car...because that’s what they want to do when they see a GOP sticker on someone else’s car.
I also signed up for the random drawing for dinner with Obama. If I win (not much chance of that, I'm sure) I'll see if Rush, Hannity, Beck, or someone similar will be my guest that I'm allowed to bring along.
Here they are middle age to old ladies....the few that I see.
I’ve seen a few here in Raleigh, NC as well as left-over 2008 ones. A mix between blacks and aging hippies for the most part.
