Do you think a soldier receiving oral sex from his wife should be prosecuted under the UCMJ?
The law is the law, and all parts of it must be included.
Was it a good law that would include such a provision as to throw that man in the brig and bring an end to his career?
All sexual activity should be an offense and punished. Are you saying two soldiers, just because they are married, can be performing sex acts while on duty? In front of others?
Women in the military is another denial of Natural Law Theory—basis of our Legal System and laws. Shouldn’t have them training with the men period. The insane making unconstitutional rules! Lesbians should be thrown out. The idea that no sexual harassment will occur is ridiculous. Defies all history about sexual natures.
What about two married “males” in the barracks?....sodomy in the bunks cuz their “married”....YA! Cr+p....there are such SICK VILE MINDS making laws and trying to destroy our military.
We need to get back to Washington’s Code of Ethics—Wiccans in the military HA HA...insanity....Satan as the GIVER of our Natural Rights. Who are making these illogical, insane rules??????
