Don’t lie. Proving you’re eligible to vote is not a poll tax. Further, Dems want the unregistered and illegals to vote because they are an importamt part of the Demonrat constituency.

"There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs-partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs."

Republicans need to respond loud and clear. Democrats are turning the US into a third world country with massive voter fraud. Asking for ID and that a citizen only vote ONCE is not disenfranchisement, it is protecting the rights of all Americans. I am sick of my vote being nullified by Democrats voting multiple times ot illegals voting.
Voting is the foundation of this country. Any POS that feels they have a right to try and fix an election should be hung for treason, IMHO. Do that once or twice and this crap will stop.

Yes and also the right to drive and get a library book, both of switch I had to produce a picture ID to obtain.
To: BradtotheBone
Silly Dems, they have it upside down. What they REALLY mean is they don’t want a good man who is black (CAIN) in a position for ANY votes whatsoever....black OR white.

“Republicans including Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) have said ID laws are needed because there are several examples of voter fraud, such as the discovery that ACORN was registering non-legal voters.”
They Democrats don't necessarily want the people they sign up to vote. The just want the names registered with a big D. Then they order absentee ballots for all they have registered, and vote absentee for the ones they have signed up. The dead, those in institutions, and the ones who can't speak English always seem to vote for the Democratic nominee. That's one of the reasons that the turnout in large cities is over 100% of the number of registered voters. They love the expression, “Vote early and vote often.”

Anyone believe the RNC is up to fighting back? We have Coburn, Will and Hume, FOX, and conservative media going gentle on Romney, and the RNC calling for no attacks of a personal nature against Obama, in a leaked conference call yesterday.
Who is up to fighting back on our side? Where is OUR war room and battle strategy??
We are going to get caked early, I see, if we keep the Duchess of Queensbury Rules as our usual playbook, and our field generals are the namby pamby aforementioned, who are propping up the Alpha Male Romney.
God be with us.

There is a very simple answer to this argument: If the requirement to obtain an official ID card places a financial burden on specific minorities, then why not encourage the local Community Organizing groups to provide such things as documentation guidance and rides to them. After all, that’s what COs have always said they are there for...to help.
