This statement is ludicrous on its face. If I take a loan I can't afford, and I can't pay it back, who suffers, me or the lender?

And The One wants to appoint an unaccountable bureaucrat to administer the abomination that is Dodd-Frank, regulation cooked up by the two members of Congress most responsible for the mess we're in? You can't make this stuff up!!!!

Obama will not be allowed anymore recess appointments. The House has pledged to not go into official recess again and also to prevent the Senate from recessing. Ergo, no recess = no recess appointments.
