DENVER -- Newt Gingrich's recent surge has extended to Colorado, where a new poll of GOP primary voters has the former Speaker of the House well ahead of his rivals.
The survey, released Tuesday by Public Policy Polling, has Gingrich at 38 percent, well ahead of Mitt Romney, who's at 19 percent in the poll.

We seem to be seeing a trend: Newt in the 30’s and Mitt in the teens.
Looks like the moderate/McCain voter wing of the party isn’t topping 20%.
Newt wasn’t my first choice, my second choice, or my third choice, but against Willard he is the ONLY choice.
