Constitutional problem—the electors must cast votes for individuals from two different states—which is why Cheney high-tailed it back to Wyoming after having lived in Texas for a long time. Who will leave Georgia, or will they write off its votes in the veep spot if it turns out to be down to the last vote?

1. He has a residence there
2. VA is a swing state.

Interesting. Cain could move, or maybe who knows Gingrich could go back to the state of his birth (Wiki. says he was born near Harrisburg PA). IF it happened I’d expect Cain
to move and they’d leave Gingrich as being from Georgia and part of the solid South.
