If people look around, there are some very nice 3D televisions out there at places like QVC and HSN. These also provide wireless internet services, and at times are available under payment plans, 3 to 6 payments over as many months.
I try to keep aware of what’s out there, because my wife and I will be replacing our 56” HDTV with a 3D model in the next 18 months or so, perhaps a lot less.
This will allow us to watch all our old content, plus pick up some 3D services one way or the other.
I’ve got a 3D video camera now that I’m dying to hook up to a 3D set. Can’t wait.
The 60 frame per second video is already unbelievable, and can only imagine what the 3D will be like.
LDV, thanks for the ping. The linked info seems to state that 3D may wane, but that more households will probably wind up with it. Is that your takeaway as well?
