Herman Cain is expected to make a "major announcement" today, anytime between 11am and 1pm EST in Atlanta. The media is assuming he will quit the race. Politico is positively glowing with anticipation of this. Will he fold, or FIGHT? He is also opening a new Atlanta HQ. Twitter reports that people are jamming in early to show their support.
We simply don't know what will happen, or when it will happen. What are your thoughts? Do you think he should quit? Or do you think Cain should stay in the race and deny the State-Run Media yet another GOP scalp on a platter - for unproven allegations -while they allow a vile rapist like Clinton, or commie cokehead like Obama breeze through unscathed?
HERE IS THE LIVE VIDEO FEED LINK: http://hermancain.com/livestream
Thanks Onyx
“a clip from one of the big leftie journalists, Klein, I think, who said Cain was doing well ‘until WE started to attack him’.”
All of which started in earnest a short time after Cain’s speech about Blacks needing to stop living on the Democrat Plantation.
Clinton’s efforts made network media corporate. Who owns and controls our media networks? How do these networks respond to multi-MM ad buys, donations, grants, regulatory exceptions, taxation, intimidation, and FCC rulings?
Steve King does not speak for me.
2) Who is the most silent as the character assassination continues?
3) Who has it most within their power to plant the hits and cultivate the accusers and also coordinate the bimbos sequentially and time out the hits in a linear mode to make a "drip drip drip" campaign and "death by a thousand cuts"?
Answer those questions and you will have the prime suspects behind the traditional, textbook case character assassination plot we have seen attempted upon Herman Cain.
And why didn’t she come out when the others did?
I question the timing.
Hahahaha!!
Great response!!
Happy 12th FReeperversary!
Whatever. By this time in the last cycle a lot of people had declared McCain done and finished, w a fork sticking out of him. How’d that work out?
ThNk you! The CNN feed needs flash, so not for iPad. So I have tabs on both the Herman site and the cspan, but I can’t tell which will work for devices yet. Maybe they just are not on because it’s not live yet.
I’m feeling like I did during the 2010 elections when Gubernatorial candidate Bill Brady had a slight lead with the Chicago precincts still open.
Interesting. I’m following it on Fox News. A little while ago, their on-site reporter, John Roberts, said that there was a story that new allegations were coming out in the next few days from more women. That’s all he said about it, and didn’t say from whence this rumor was being circulated. It wouldn’t surprise me if Politico has something lined up just in case Herman Cain humiliates them, even if it’s just dragging one of the previous NRA harassment loonies in front of a microphone to dangle a new detail or two.
Whatever Herman decides, I want to see his legal team spend some serious time taking it straight into the heart of the liberal media beast. If Cain uses his new Atlanta headquarters as the center of a PAC dedicated to destroying the liberal media, I’ll be one of his biggest donors.
Gee, I don't know the answer to that one. Ministers often minister to broken people. You know, the sordid folks that others discard?
I might fool you here. I think it's odd that she had his private number. Likely something he regrets and should have changed once he became a presidential candidate.
Secret Service likely should have gone through his phone numbers.
NONE of this makes him guilty of anything she claimed.
>>>Steve King does not speak for me.
Well whoop de do. I don’t need any politician, media person, actor, or anyone to tell me who I should vote for. I’ll make up my own mind. And The Hermanator isn’t ready for prime time.
I think he means we should support Cain as a fellow Republican against the MSM. Cain doesn't have to become your guy; support and vote for whomever you want in the primary. But if MSM successfully takes down Cain like this, your guy, whomever he is, will eventually be next, until we're left with nobody but Romney.
You betcha!
Hi freekitty!!!
Steve King doesn’t speak for me.
He should not leave even though the Left wants him out badly.
I think that Steve King is right, his campaign is over, but I do not believe that he is going to drop out today.
I think today is all about rebooting. He will continue to fight on.
So, if Herb quits, do we blame the *skanks*, the Drive-bys, the other cadidates or Herb himself?
Somebody had to ask.
