The problem is that the definition of “rape” in the UCMC includes only “sexual intercourse.” http://usmilitary.about.com/library/milinfo/ucmj/blart-120.htm
I hope there’s a separate crime that includes forcible sodomy, such as “sexual assault” or something, or else the repeal of sodomy as a crime in the UCMC will mean that forcible sodomy won’t be a crime in the military.

Additionally, since it’s okay to commit barracks sodomy it’s likewise permissible to ingest fecal matter. Part of the perversion that homosexuals call lovemaking includes shoving their faces up a partners ass.
The first time a legitimate soldier sees something like the coupling of two men in HIS barracks he’ll beat the fecal matter out of them!
For those whose votes allow this evil nothing short of tar, feathers and banishment is good enough! They have proved that the entire Congress is so coated with evil that it must be abolished!
