The best investment I made was a roll of heavy plastic for about 10 bucks. Every year, I cut a couple of yards and cover my picture window. Bet I save 10-15% on my heating bill.

Back in the latter stages of the Clinton Administration, Bill would make an announcement seemingly every other day about some minor new initiative. It was $12.5 million for the DOJ to review the positive impact of police departments’ minority hiring. Then it was $21 million for a consortium of universities to study the phenomenon of misshapen penises and the cause/effect they have on crooked fingers.
The First Felon was trying to remain RELEVANT and it looks like Obama is doing the same thing, only with BILLIONS.
