I am keeping the faith with Herman Cain also.

Hypocrisy is the elephant in the room with Newt Gingrich. His supporters want everyone else to overlook Newt's sexual misconduct that actually occured. Having many, many affairs while married and serving in Congress. Divorcing twice and leaving two families in emotional dishevel while he went on his merry way. I get slammed every time I bring this up on FR. Many of Newt's followers are using the GOD card to give Newt a free pass and marking anyone who brings up his immoral conduct by not also forgiving Newt as unChristian.

Well, I for one, don't believe Newt. He is a Professional Politician. He's a narcissist: Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance and a deep need for admiration. Those with narcissistic personality disorder believe that they're superior to others and have little regard for other people's feelings. But behind this mask of ultra-confidence lies a fragile self-esteem, vulnerable to the slightest criticism.

I'll take Herman Cain warts and all. Prayers Up for Mr. Cain and his family.

Amen! I will not vote for anyone that has ever supported abortion, because my conscious refuses me to do this.

Prayers for the Cain’s!

Me too. I was feeling unsure earlier, but this is really between Mr. Cain and his family. He may have not handled it well, but he's not a professional politician--and that's refreshing.

If he stays in and his wife supports him, I’ll suport him.

Not to dismiss any of the other Republican candidates, but Herman Cain has one vastly important and significant difference - he can be positioned up against Barack Obama without the Democrats being able to pull the “race card” out one more time. To have Cain as our standard-bearer takes away the assertion made (but not ever supported by ANYTHING) that the conservative Republicans, and especially the T.E.A. members are “racist”.

If Obama pulls less than 95% of the black vote, his base is significantly diluted, and in side-by-side comparison between Cane and Obama, the current resident of the White House is revealed as morally corrupt, and incompetent as well. The basement offices of the White House are working overtime to paint Cain with something, anything, that distracts and/or diminishes Cain. Scratch deeply enough with any of these females claiming “sexual assaults” by Cain, and you find David Axelrod’s fingerprints all over the allegations. And these ARE allegations, not one shred of any kind of supporting evidence has been provided or even alluded to.

In the past, it was only necessary for a vague and unsubstantiated charge to be made, and the Republican hierarchy would crumble like a saltine cracker under the heel of a jack-booted thug. But these are not typical circumstances, and much more is at stake than a good word for the Republican leadership from the (lame-stream) media.
