MANCHESTER - Herman Cain acknowledged Thursday that he repeatedly gave Ginger White money to help her with "month-to-month bills and expenses" without telling his wife of more than 40 years.
In fact, the embattled presidential candidate said, his wife, Gloria, "did not know that we were friends until she (White) came out with this story" alleging that the two had a 13-year extramarital affair.

Cain also stated clearly for the first time that as a result of the constant controversy he has been facing, he is considering getting out of the presidential race.
Asked whether leaving the race is one of the options he is currently assessing, Cain said, “Yes, it is an option.” Regarding his decision, he said, "You will know by next week" as he takes the weekend to reassess where he stands in the campaign.

This is the first time I've seen Cain say that he is considering resigning from the race.
Perhaps you can document this so-called "jumping back and forth" that you claim.

Cain just told Hannity the world will know his decision before Monday — after he talks it over with his wife. I don’t care one whit if Cain dawdled with any of these women. I just wish he would go home and get some rest.
Oh come on. You honestly buy that he was just giving this woman money and communicating with her at all hours of the day and night just to help her out while keeping this from his wife for 13 years?

Didn’t he say if anyone doesn’t have a job, it’s there own fault? Why was he enabling her? Trying to keep her down - like welfare?

Cain has to go home and repair his marriage even if he didn’t have a physical relationship with White. He hid something from his wife for a long time
This could be as clean as the wind-driven snow and it would not matter. Cain is no longer a viable candidate.
You’re frothing like a starving pit bull over a steak just beyond his chain. It’s way over the top and out of proportion. A good provocateur should be a little more subtle.

This was an outstanding interview - and the focus was largely THE ECONOMY. I highly suggest people listen to it, rather than focus on what the liberals WANT you to focus on.

He also stated in the interview with Hannity that there are other people she did not know about whom he was giving money to. It isn’t like Cain isn’t loaded. A 13 year “affair” would have some actual evidence. So far, there is nothing except for her accusation.
That, or maybe keeping her mouth shut.
Palin had the truest conservative instincts, but was a bit lacking in other regards — not QUITE a combo Einstein/Newton like her bots said. Romney is the WORST, 1/100th better than the kenyan. Can I vote for Phil Gramm or Fred Thompson?
