Democrats argument is that you cut the payroll(FICA/SS) tax extension and pay for it by taxing the rich. And that is going to be popular sounding given who would 'get' and who would 'pay'. Democrats poll test all their attacks.

A real debate on that Dem proposal that the rich in effect pay our FICA taxes would be the nature of entitlements like SS and what entitles voters to them .

I haven’t really kept up with that. There is soooooo much going on it is hard to keep up with all of it. I was making a general statement. Please fill me in.
