Santorum was my first choice, but he can’t get any traction. Newt won me over in the debates when I realized he had answers, (even though they aren’t always the same as my answers), and that’s what people are looking for...answers.

ok, good you are for mandates and amnesty. That is what a vote for Newt gives us.

I like Santorum too- but he looks too whiny and pitiful on stage

not presidential at all

Newt looks like he can’t wait to get Obama in a debate, like a lion on red meat.

I would pay good money to see that

and if coward Obama refuses, he is going to follow him from town to town- he announced that the press can contact the white house for Newt’s schedule, because he will be everywhere Obama is, 4 hours later.

Why was Santorum eliminated from the start by the Republican primary voters? Is it because is the youngest of the Republican candidates? Or is it that they are just too uninformed to recognize him?

the way I see it, we have a choice between Cain or Gingrich. i initially picked Bachman, but her actions during the debates and her lack of answers or aims turned me off. Then I thought Cain was the guy -- and I still like him, but since reading about Gingrich's views on Islam -- that it IS a threat to the US, I am now in the Gingrich camp

Perry -- nice enough in some matters, but not a viable candidate -- Obambi would destroy him in debates. Santorum - nice, but no traction.

I see Newt as the best option. Cain for his VP and the sun will be shining brightly...
