I skimmed through the thread to see if anybody brought it up and did not notice. Did Florida wind up moving their primary date and lose half its delegates?

Yes, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th contests all lost half their delegates for moving up their dates. (AZ and MI did too)
But an interesting thing about SC and FL is they are both winner take ALL. As it stands right now, Newt would sop up all those delegates
(75 total)

Romney is likely to win MI since he grew up there and his dad was governor there. The other W.T.A states below are probaly tossups.

3-Jan-12
IOWA
(CLOSED CAUCUS, PROPORTIONAL)

10-Jan-12
NEW HAMPSHIRE
(MODIFIED PRIMARY, PROPORTIONAL)

21-Jan-12
SOUTH CAROLINA
(OPEN PRIMARY, WINNER TAKE ALL) (25)

31-Jan-12
FLORIDA
(CLOSED PRIMARY, WINNER TAKE ALL) (50)

4-Feb-12
NEVADA
(CLOSED CAUCUS, PROPORTIONAL)

4-Feb-12
MAINE
(CLOSED CAUCUS, PROPORTIONAL)

7-Feb-12

(CLOSED CAUCUS, PROPORTIONAL)

7-Feb-12
MINNESOTA
(OPEN CAUCUS, PROPORTIONAL)

28-Feb-12
ARIZONA
(CLOSED PRIMARY, WINNER TAKE ALL) (29)

28-Feb-12
MICHIGAN
(CLOSED PRIMARY, WINNER TAKE ALL) (30)

3-Mar-12
