On December 14, 2010 in Peck Canyon, northwest of Nogales, Arizona, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was shot dead by a group of illegal border entrants who refused commands to drop their weapons after they were confronted by US agents. The illegals murdered Terry with a gun connected to a failed federal experiment that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico. The family of slain border agent Brian Terry blamed Eric Holder for their son’s death in a recent interview.

Now the Obama Administration has sealed the court records on Agent Terry’s murder. Judicial Watch reported:

Could it be anything else?

Of course it’s a cover-up.

It also hampers the efforts of Terry’s wife to seek remuneration.

...no one will know the reason for the confiscation of public court records in this case because the judge’s decision to seal it was also sealed...

There is no legal basis whatsoever for a judge's decision to be sealed.

Watergate had its 18 missing minutes of tape.
F&F has its sealed court documents. This is outrageous.

Nation of Laws folks, Nation of Laws! Be Proud (but be frightened)

If someone put together all the removals of Freedom and Rights by this administration , and all the precursor moves, I think that 'be frightened' is the wiser choice.

If there’s a God in Heaven, he will rain down retribution upon this Administration, and all that have contributed to the rampant corruption that is now the United States Government. May He have mercy on their souls. For me, I’ll just enjoy the open Schadenfreude.

The ratf#cker who unsealed the Ryan divorce records (properly sealed by agreement of both parties) covers up his own administration’s misconduct. Nixon wasn’t even close to this kind of abuse.
