True dat and the lamestream had to sue for access.
I think if the text messages were juicy, the lamestream would have published and dealt wiith the consequences afterward, but that’s just me, the non-lawyer talking.
I don't know. Herman's got one of the sharpest lawyers in the business watching his back on that front. Fox probably didn't want to chance that they'd have their pants sued off by Cain for publishing his private communications. Dicey territory.
The woman's lawyer could have also refused Fox access to the contents of those texts, but who knows - there's probably nothing juicy in there, which is another reason for not releasing them. It would blow the lady's story to shreds.
I'll bet that Cain's lawyer has already looked over the texts on his phone.
Yea,....more than anything else the media wants a story they can milk out over time in order to attain ratings etc. They time for release of information with that in mind oftentimes...thus often waiting to hear what the reposne of the party they’re attacking states...media feeds off people like a dripping faucet...just to keep the story moving along.
Another thing Onyx....she claims she was ushered to various locations to meet with Cain....so hotels they stayed at are not going to be hard to determine...and likely she’s mentioned those if the story is true. So the media is just going to milk this out....letting information ease out and keeping the public engaged with it.
Distraction is an understatement....while Obama continues to move his hands behind the scenes.
