Jimmy McMillan of the Rent is 2 Damn High Party in Brooklyn, New York. - David ShankboneJimmy McMillan - the offbeat and oft parodied founder of the "Rent is Too Damn High" party - may face eviction according to reports from NYC.
McMillan, who pays a mere $872 a month in the East Village apartment where his son resides, may lose the one bedroom apartment following a claim that McMillan personally does not live there.
McMillan, who also maintains a Flatbush address in Brooklyn, carries a driver's license bearing the St. Marks Place address that he faces eviction from.
Reports vary, but McMillan acquired the Flatbush apartment at a too damn low monthly rent by doing various odd jobs.
According to the New York Daily News, "McMillan his distinctive white hair combed back insisted he was living at the Manhattan apartment while using a second address in Brooklyn as an office. But his landlord countered that McMillan is improperly using the Manhattan apartment as an inexpensive residence for his 32-year-old son, Jimmy McMillan IV. Estimates are that the landlord could rent the apartment for nearly three times as much as McMillan pays."
McMillan has been ordered by a New York City judge to turn over financial documents to the East Village landlord.
Isn’t he one of the also-rans in the GOP primary?
Maybe he should have ran in the Dem primary against.... Vermin Supreme!!!

Yes, and he is our only hope against Obama. He is our Moses, if only people would recognize it.
Guy looks like he walked away from a mental hospital.
In order to win we must moderate enough to attract swing voters like Vermin Supreme.
/sarc before I choke...
What a crook.
***Ahem***
"I won't vote for him in the primary; but, if he wins the nomination I will vote for him in the general election. Otherwise, I'm voting for Obama."
Take that you Mitt loving squirrel sniffers!
Anyone who knows NYC real estate knows that $872 for a 1BR on St. Marks is TOO DAMN LOW - by at least a factor of three. Boo hoo.
