He may be thinking along the lines that it is difficult and time consuming to try on the facts of whether he did nor did not, regardless of which is correct, but instead to try it on the basis of malice, damage to reputation and career, etc.
If he could prove that she made the claim with malice and intent to damage, she is dead meat.
I am not a lawyer, but I have read of cases where the court ruled that even if the damaging statement is true, if made with malice the maligned person is entitled to damages.
My guess is that she had better be very careful and had better have a very good lawyer.

What a sad commentary on our times that you would think that’s what would be necessary to pass scrutiny in this day and age. Do you assume that EVERY man has some sexual sin in his past that will be exposed if he runs for office? I’ve been married for 26 years and I can assure you that NOT every married man has cheated on his wife or has even wanted to cheat on his wife! ]
No, just the fact that ANY MAN (or woman for that matter)could be setup with an imaginary scandal by the Media/DNC smear machine that you would have to have something so ridiculous as the above ticket so that they couldn’t use the smear machine of false sexual allegations against them.
A Huge Majority of men don’t have sexual sin in their past, but that won’t stop the “Machine” from chewing them up and spitting them out on false allegations.
What do you care??? When we said it speaks to his character when it was Clinton we were right. He used the Presidency to line his pockets by selling our national secrets to China. Then he topped it all off with 3,000 people paying for Clinton's legacy on 9/11. That's why you should care.
This last charge means the end for Herman....and Obama and the Woozie are undoubtedly opening the Dom Perignon just about now.
