Maybe removing him from a home where the other kids sabotaged his diet and fed him junk food while the mother “tried” to meet the kid’s doctors recommendations would be the answer.

Actually as the parent of an adopted metabolically morbidly obese child, I have done some research in this area. There are studies that show that abortion is the option 65% of the time for parents who have been told that their child might be obese.
