The two died on the spot were identified as Roel Barcelona, whose last name remained unknown, and Fidel Aguias, 24, a native of Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur province, De Ocampo said.

The police official said the bomb, believed to be improvised explosive device (IED) exploded in one of the rooms in the second level of the 2-storey budget hotel and demolished almost the entire level and its floor crashing down the first floor.”

I have yet to hear about it, but have not watched Philippine TV today.
With my new Satellite dish, only my girlfriend watches the
Philippine channels, and only in the evening.

In western Mindanao, anything is possible.
