I wouldn't be too sure. While the majority of modern pagans are pacifist tree-huggers, there are exceptions. And certainly, the real original Druids were plenty bloodthirsty -- they had little in common with the stereotypical modern ones.
The real practitioners would have no qualms at all about climbing into an F-18 and bombing the crap out of the enemy. And there are some modern ones who feel the same. Not the majority, but a few.

One problem with coddling “earth based religions” is that (a) more of them will join the military, (b) they will make more and more demands, and (c) most of them are hardcore leftists. Not all, but most I’ve ever met.
