I don’t know how long it takes to go from illegal to legal to American, though I can’t imagine that it takes more than five years for the diligent.

One of Luna’s older brothers said the teen would often get frustrated when filling out the immigration status section in college applications.
Umm...this has to be the worst reason EVER for taking ones own life (not that there are any good reasons). I would say “shame on all of you” for using this troubled kids death for political spin. If anything his parents should feel very bad for entering this country illegally and rolling the dice on how it would impact their children.
