I do no not need to prove anything you ignorant ass. If you do not want educate yourself on it, that is your choice. I work there daily, and the company I work for does a lot of work involving this.

Get a clue you sound like somebody that should be fired for incompetency.

Below is a link for the Right to Work committee organization. If you find that RI is an actual Right To Work state I will take it back.

It does look like there might be legislation pending/introduced in RI but, as of now, it is not RTW state.
