>> She never, ever stops running her mouth. >>

Bingo. I guess she’s trying to pass Santorum and Huntsman - on the way DOWN.

I don’t have a problem with primary contenders going at it, that’s how the process of vetting a candidate works. It’s just that after the pass Obama got, we’ve forgotten.

I think Ann Coulter also summed Newt’s inconsistency up pretty well:

“In addition to having an affair in the middle of Clinton’s impeachment; apologizing to Jesse Jackson on behalf of J.C. Watts — one of two black Republicans then in Congress –- for having criticized “poverty pimps,” and then inviting Jackson to a State of the Union address; cutting a global warming commercial with Nancy Pelosi; supporting George Soros’ candidate Dede Scozzafava in a congressional special election; appearing in public with the Rev. Al Sharpton to promote nonspecific education reform; and calling Paul Ryan’s plan to save Social Security “right-wing social engineering,” we found out this week that Gingrich was a recipient of Freddie Mac political money. . . .”

Newt has a history, and it’s no more consistently conservative than George W. Bush’s.

If “we” now think that a glib tongue and clever debating skills defines the best candidate, why didn’t we all vote for Obama?

"Bachmann said in an interview with "PBS NewsHour."

Interesting forum to call someone a liberal. Is this suppose to hurt him and help her with this audience?

His AGW support takes him out of consideration. We can’t allow the EPA to continue to damage this country and set the stage for impoverishing many Americans.

>> She and Santorum have staked their viabolity on Iowa..so, they both have a few more weeks to enjoy the spotlight.. >>

I’ll grant you she has had two decent debates in a row, but when will she and Santorum learn that this whiny attack mode against other Republicans (while ignoring Obama and the liberals) as a very cynical and nauseatingly niche way to try and win Iowa is backfiring on both of them.

Their combined support now would be a rounding error for the top tier candidates. GET A CLUE MICHELLE!!! Your attacks on the other good guys is an epic fail.

She’s just doing the dirty work that Mitt Romney won’t do.

Remember, we still don’t know where the mystery infusion of massive cash into her campaign two weeks ago came from. But you don’t have to be Einstein to figure it out.

Her 5% is vital to a Romney plurality victory. She’s in it to splinter it. She thinks Mitt is just swell.

She’s telling the truth on Newt. I know the truth hurts for some Newtbots.

Here she goes again attacking the front-runners. Her attacks on Perry relegated her to the bottom tier and she apparently has not learned from her mistakes.

Yeah I know. Why must she do that? It brought her down in the polls, now this is keeping her down.

Why not instead explain HER view and how it differs from Gingrich's?

I could care less what Ann Coulter’s views are. She's nothing more than a RINO hack and she bores me. Just go away Ann; your shtick has grown tiresome.

So what would you guys prefer? For the other candidates to simply accept that Romney is and has been the leader in most polls, and pack up their tents?

You’re unhappy when someone like Bachmann goes after Newt, but wouldn’t you be just fine if she attached Romney or Huntsman? Who gets to decide which candidates get a pass?

(We saw how that worked 4 years ago...)

No. This is how it’s supposed to work. If any of the candidates can’t stand by their record in the face of challenges from their opponents, then they have no business on that podium and certainly are not qualified to hold the highest office in the land.

Newt moved to the top tier by treating his fellow candidates with respect...something a lot of FReepers could learn from.

So in other words, we should pretend that Newt isn't pimping for amnesty and is opposed to a border fence. Like you have.

Gotcha.

Newt isn’t “pimping for amnesty” you can certainly have your opinion but the facts do not support it.

Uh, yeah, Newt is doing just that. It’s just that he, McCain and you aren’t honest enough to admit it.

Freepers are definately in the attack mode no matter who their candidate of choice is. It’s getting more than ridiculous here...and some are considering leaving for that.

What happened to dialogue amongst ourselves...and even when this is mentioned the guns come out and the firing begins.

Just seems to me the demorats have accomplished their goal of disuniting those who could and would oust Obama...the evidence is seen now on most of these threads.

I see, soo Michele Bachmann, cannot do anything right?...
Shes too this or too that, too shrill or not shrill enough, too religious or too conservative..

She must be too conservative because she is the ONLY conservative.. in this election cycle...
Not to speak of the only way to trump Negrodamus’s blackness
is with a WOMAN....

Will people vote for him just because he is black?.. (kinda)
Well they did the first time!!!.. He HAS NOTHING ELSE..
Still don’t...
